Life is so precious and beautiful, yet we take it for granted. We are so busy trying to live life and survive that we don’t really stop and pay attention to the world around us, let alone the small details. Growing up in a sheltered home, where I spent the majority of my time staring at the bare white walls within my home, has given me an appreciation for the world around me and everything that it entails, and though I am also guilty of trying to live life and survive in this world, remembering those walls and that yearning for wanting to see more humbles me to appreciate every aspect that life has to offer naturally.
